In a recent interview, attorney Daniel Sheehan, known for his advocacy of UFO disclosure, made serious allegations against the U.S. Department of Defense and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

According to Sheehan, these institutions committed perjury by denying the existence of secret programs linked to the recovery of non-human technology. “They have lied, concealing the fact that they recovered a non-human origin extraterrestrial spacecraft and bodies that DNA testing has confirmed to be non-human,” he stated.

Sheehan further claimed that U.S. authorities have possessed such craft for some time and established a back-engineering program in an attempt to replicate the technology. He asserted that some of these reconstructed vehicles are currently being tested and flown by U.S. Air Force personnel under a highly classified program.

The attorney believes that more information could surface soon with the introduction of the Bipartisan UAP Disclosure Act, championed by Congressman Eric Burlison. The measure, submitted as an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), seeks greater transparency on unidentified anomalous phenomena.

While Sheehan’s statements remain allegations, they come amid growing curiosity and skepticism in Congress, where several lawmakers are pressing for wider access to classified documents on the subject.
