The famous ufologist Scott C. Waring discovered these unidentified lights. He explained on his blog:
“I found this UFO over the NASA Pioneer 1 rocket while I was searching the NASA historical archives. The UFO has two major sections and is very close to the rocket. The UFO is in the perfect location to observe the launch and is recording the data to send back to the alien planet. Knowledge not technology is the thing most valued in the future. The Pioneer was designed to measure radiation between the earth and the moon so that it can be decided how the astronauts would be impacted by space. The results of this mission pave the way to men walking on the moon. History being made, and aliens wanted to witness it firsthand.”
