A group of friends recently reported the sighting of an unidentified object in the sky while waiting for a 4th of July fireworks display. The testimony was submitted on the website of the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC). According to the details provided, the incident occurred on July 4th, 2023, at approximately 8:47 PM.

As the group was patiently waiting for the fireworks show to begin, they noticed a blinking green, sometimes red, light in the sky. The object remained stationary in the same spot for about 10 minutes, capturing the attention of the witnesses. One of them managed to record a 10-second video of the object.

According to the witness, the object was incredibly stable in its position, showing no other discernible features apart from its blinking light. They claim not to have noticed any helicopter-like structure despite the presence of a distinct blinking light. The color of the light shifted between green and red at one point. The object made a quick movement to the left before abruptly coming to a stop. The witness noted that the object's movements did not resemble those of a helicopter due to its apparent stability and precise start-stop maneuver.

However, the observation came to an end when the fireworks display began. Approximately 10 minutes after the start of the fireworks, the witness checked for the presence of the light again, but it had vanished.
